I had a few questions about the duration of the trial. I'd appreciate it if you answered.
1 – When we apply with a petition to cancel the waiting period, does the judge immediately send us to the hospital and ask for a report? How long does this process take? So when will the case be concluded? How many days/months is the worst?
2- Is he living abroad can give power of attorney to a lawyer from Turkey to abolish this time? If so, would the report from abroad be valid?
