    Good evening,

    Does traveling with the wrong ticket enter a criminal record? (U Bahn) Should it be stated in the residence permit petition?

    I don't think it goes on a criminal record if it's not taken to court. But I still don't want to give wrong information, there are probably friends with better knowledge.
