Procrastination disease, in other words, can be expressed as an individual's avoidance of fulfilling his / her job or task even if he / she has time, energy or opportunities. Individuals who do not have the number of things to do or who do not use the time indefinitely, as a result of not being able to use time correctly, are faced with problems in different areas, especially in school or work life. Anger and stress increase in these people as the closing process of the shifted work approaches. These people complete the work in a shallow, general and superficial way than they can do.

Chronic procrastination; a person's constant postponement and stress or distress despite the postponement means that the postponements are seen continuously. Repressive families are the main reasons underlying these conditions that started to occur in childhood.

Causes of procrastination; Although it is different from each other and varies according to the person, it is possible to collect basically for some reasons. Lack of motivation, bad in time management, perfectionist structure of the person, anxiety to fail, job preference not suitable for one's own personality, lack of knowledge and concerns about not being able to finish may occur due to concerns.

After the acceptance process, problems related to the concentration of the person should be identified one by one and their solution should be targeted. At the stage following this process, it is necessary to divide the work to be divided into sections and to carry out the work to be completed in the time periods to be planned.
