Person immunity is one of the most basic human rights. In our constitution, this right is regulated as a person's body and soul integrity cannot be touched. It states that one's freedom and security cannot be subject to any interference within the constitutionally defined limits. The protection of the right to immunity is very important to ensure the necessary peace in society. It is forbidden for a person to seek his or her rights in illegitimate ways. Without this prohibition, it would be inevitable that the person who invoked his rights by means of illegitimate means would interfere with the immunity of others.
In our Constitution, the situations that can be intervened in the immunity of people are limited. If medical interventions are necessary, the person's body may be violated. In particular, law enforcement officers may intervene in crimes. Our laws allow them.
 
3) RIGHT TO SELECTION AND SELECTION
The right to vote and to be elected is one of the political rights granted only to citizens. According to our constitution, the age of voters is eighteen. The right to vote and to be elected has many elements. Being a political party, being a member of political parties, being a candidate for parliament and being able to participate in the popular vote are among these elements. However, by our constitution, voting is restricted by certain regulations. According to these regulations, privates, military students and convicts under arms cannot participate in public voting.
4) RIGHT TO PRIVACY OF PRIVATE LIFE
Private life is the life that one does not only want others that belong to him to know, see and view. It is the area that belongs only to one's own and establishes order. This area is protected by our law as the right to privacy of private life. According to this right, no one is obliged and cannot be obliged to explain their relationship with their family and children. This right is regulated in Article 20 of our constitution. According to this article: “Everyone has the right to demand respect for his private and family life. Inviolable confidentiality of private life and family life."
5) RIGHT TO EDUCATION
No one shall be deprived of the right to education and training. Trainings are carried out under the control of states. Today, many opportunities are provided by the state to fulfill the right to education. Scholarships and dormitory opportunities are provided to students who are not in good economic condition, and rehabilitation centers are provided for students with mental disabilities. The right to education should be provided to all citizens equally and without discrimination. Compulsory education is one of the steps taken to achieve this.
6) RIGHT TO HEALTH
The right to health is a very linked right to the right to life. Because deaths can occur due to misguided problems. The right to health has two dimensions: physical health and mental health. The State shall take the necessary measures for the fulfillment of the right to health and the protection of public health. 7) RIGHT TO APPLICATION
The right to petition is a right regulated in Article 74 of our Constitution in order to obtain information and to voice complaints.
