5) RIGHT TO EDUCATION
No one shall be deprived of the right to education and training. Trainings are carried out under the control of states. Today, many opportunities are provided by the state to fulfill the right to education. Scholarships and dormitory opportunities are provided to students who are not in good economic condition, and rehabilitation centers are provided for students with mental disabilities. The right to education should be provided to all citizens equally and without discrimination. Compulsory education is one of the steps taken to achieve this.
6) RIGHT TO HEALTH
The right to health is a very linked right to the right to life. Because deaths can occur due to misguided problems. The right to health has two dimensions: physical health and mental health.
